Refund Policy

We want every VYALOR order to feel clear and dependable. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unopened and returned with all accessories, manuals and packaging.
• Opened or used products are not eligible for return because the product is intended for temperature-sensitive personal storage routines.
• Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or defective items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos or video of the issue and a short description. If approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair solution or refund according to the case.

Order cancellation

If your order has not shipped, email wumengkang36@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once a parcel has shipped, the order must follow the standard return process.

Refund timing

After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.
